Apostle Thomas Westley Ridgley is a sought-after revivalist, workshop facilitator, and intercessor who operates in a distinctive apostolic anointing. He embraces his calling as an intercessor, harnessing prayer to edify the Body of Christ. As a non-traditional psalmist, Apostle Ridgley is commissioned to charge the atmosphere with prophetic worship.

Apostle Ridgley honors the leaders who have mentored him within the Christian church. He has been active in ministry since childhood, serving as a music director, youth pastor, and assistant pastor since the age of nine.
In January 2010, the Lord granted him a vision to birth a house of prayer, leading to the founding of Citadel Cathedral of Prayer International — The Fortress (CCOPI). The ministry exists to build a refuge of prayer for the nations, a place where prayers and petitions are answered.
Apostle Ridgley also serves as the Presiding Bishop of Citadel of Prayer International Covenant Churches (COPICC), an organization comprising pastors, leaders, and entrepreneurs with active membership across the United States, Africa, Kenya, the Bahamas, and London.
Today, he believes God is using him as an emerging Apostolic-Prophetic voice, ministering not in enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power — that faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God (1 Corinthians 2:4–5).
Professionally, he is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker-Clinical with a passion for serving the geriatric community.
